São Paulo, October 10th, 2024 - Eurofarma is ranked among the Best Companies to Work for in the national GPTW ranking, awarded by Great Place to Work. This is a significant recognition in people management, and for 21 years, the company has been part of the list of companies that stand out in Brazil for their care of their internal workforce. This year, we are ranked 13th place, rising 44 positions. In Brazil, only the top 175 companies are awarded, and more than five thousand companies applied in 2024.

The award ceremony took place on October 10th in São Paulo. The GPTW survey consists of two stages. In the first stage, a quantitative survey, 83% of those invited responded to the questionnaire, four p.p. higher than last year. Since we achieved a score higher than 70%, we moved on to the second stage, which involves the evaluation of our practices by GPTW researchers.
